  • Artifacts (optional but encouraged): share code/data and a short reproducibility note if feasible.
  • By submitting, you agree to the publisher’s copyright terms provided upon acceptance.

Peer-Review Process

Rigorous double-blind review administered by the Technical Program Committee.

  • Each paper is evaluated by ≥2 independent reviewers.
  • Criteria: originality, technical quality, relevance, clarity, and reproducibility.
  • Program Chairs make final decisions based on reviews and overall balance.

Publication

Accepted and presented papers will be published with ISBN and DOI (Crossref), and will be sent for possible indexing to Google Scholar and other major indices. Camera-ready instructions will be shared with acceptance notifications.

  • At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present (oral/poster assigned by the committee).
  • Best Paper and Best Student Paper awards will be announced at the conference.

FAQ
